Purchasing Tickets
There are three ways to purchase tickets for our productions and events:

Online
Go to the Performance & Events page and click on a performance or event.  You will be brought to our Online Box Office where you can purchase tickets using a credit card. Please note there is a small additional processing fee for credit card purchases.

Phone Message Service
Call our Phone Message Service at 603-635-4445 and leave your name, phone number, and ticket order and we will return your call. Please allow 3 - 5 days for us to return your call.

Box Office
If tickets are still available, they may be purchased at the performance. The Box Office opens one hour before the scheduled performance time and tickets may be paid for by cash, check, or credit card. Please note there is a small additional processing fee for credit card purchases. Certain Special Events may require reserved tickets only.

Children at the Theater
Check each show & event for an Age Rating. We rate all of our shows and events to let potential audience members know the appropriate age group.

G
= General Audience, the show or event is appropriate for all ages.
PG
= Parental Guidance, the show or event may not be appropriate for younger children.
PG-13
= Parental Guidance for children under 13, the show or event may not be appropriate for children under 13 and is geared more toward teenagers and adults.
R
= Restricted to adults only, the show or event is not appropriate for children or teens under the age of 18.

We will always give a brief explanation of why we chose the rating to help parents decide whether the performance is appropriate for their child.

As a general rule, children under the age of 5 are discouraged from attending our Main Stage productions. If you have a very well-behaved young child that you'd like to bring, he/she will require a ticket, and please note that we reserve the right to ask you to step out of the performance with your child if there is a disturbance to other theater goers.

Exchanges & Cancellations
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no refunds or exchanges once a ticket is purchased. In the unlikely case of inclement weather or emergency cancellation of any performance, information will be posted on the website and our Message Service.

Please be Prompt
Please remember our shows start promptly at their scheduled times.  The doors will open half an hour before show time.

Latecomer seating will be at the discretion of the house manager which may prevent latecomers from seeing part of the show. There will be no refunds or exchanges due to latecomers. Please plan accordingly and make arrangements to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the published show time to allow for parking and timely seating.

Parking
Most of our performances currently take place at the Derry Opera House. Since the Derry Opera House does not have its own parking (other than handicap), you must utilize either street parking or municipal parking. Please plan accordingly, give yourself a little extra time, and take a look at the Derry Opera House's website for a detailed explanation of where to park. For events that take place elsewhere, please refer to individual event pages for parking information.

Additional Programming
Most of our shows have additional programming, including Talk Backs.  Please inquire about which performances include additional programming, if any.

Enjoy the Show!
